內置橋式電路 低消耗電流 電壓穩壓器
XCM414是一種內置四個肖特基勢壘二極管(SBD)與正電壓穩壓器(電壓穩壓器)的IC。由四個肖特基勢壘二極管構成橋式電路,通過將該輸出電壓連接到內置的正電壓穩壓器電源,可在橋式電路中全波整流AC輸入,獲得DC輸出電壓。
VR由內部基準電壓源、誤差放大器、驅動晶體管、電流限制電路、過熱保護電路、相位補償電路等構成。
輸出電壓已在IC內部標准設置為3.3V。此外,可在選項中採用激光微調技術在2.0V~12.0V範圍內以0.1V間隔進行設置。
輸出濾波電容CL也可支持陶瓷電容等低ESR電容。內置了過流保護電路和過熱保護電路,保護電路將根據輸出電流是否達到限制電流、或結溫是否達到限制溫度而工作。 通過CE功能,將關閉穩壓器的輸出,成為待機模式。待機模式時,將大幅降低消耗電流。
