内置桥式电路 低消耗电流 电压稳压器
XCM414是一种内置四个肖特基势垒二极管(SBD)与正电压稳压器(电压稳压器)的IC。由四个肖特基势垒二极管构成桥式电路,通过将该输出电压连接到内置的正电压稳压器电源,可在桥式电路中全波整流AC输入,获得DC输出电压。
VR由内部基准电压源、误差放大器、驱动晶体管、电流限制电路、过热保护电路、相位补偿电路等构成。
输出电压已在IC内部标准设置为3.3V。此外,可在选项中采用激光微调技术在2.0V~12.0V范围内以0.1V间隔进行设置。
输出滤波电容CL也可支持陶瓷电容等低ESR电容。内置了过流保护电路和过热保护电路,保护电路将根据输出电流是否达到限制电流、或结温是否达到限制温度而工作。 通过CE功能,将关闭稳压器的输出,成为待机模式。待机模式时,将大幅降低消耗电流。
