600mA 同步整流降壓DC/DC轉換器+雙路(Dual)正電壓LDO調整器
XCM520 系列產品是將內裝MOS驅動器晶體管的600mA同步整流降壓DC/DC轉換器XC9235/XC9236系列與雙路(Dual)正電壓LDO調整器XC6401系列形成1PKG化的多功能實裝IC 。
由於使用了超小型表面實裝封裝(USP-12B01)而實現列節省空間的目的。
DC/DC轉換部分是內裝了與陶瓷電容相對應的0.42ΩPchMOS驅動器晶體管及0.52ΩNchMOS開關晶體管的同步整流式DC/DC轉換器。
作為外裝零部件只需要線圈和電容即可得到輸出電流600mA的高效率且穩定工作的電源。
雙路, (Dual) LDO調整器是實現了高精度, 低噪聲, 高紋波除去率, 低壓差的CMOS工藝雙路(Dual)正電壓LDO調整器IC。內部由基準電壓源, 誤差放大器, 驅動晶體管, 限定電流電路, 相位補償電路等構成。
作為穩定輸出用的電容(CL)能與陶瓷電容等低ESR的電容相對應。此外,具有良好的瞬態響應,即使在負載發生變動時也能得到穩定的輸出。各個通道之間完全隔離, 能把輸出負載電流發生變動時而引起的各個通道之間的串話抑製到最小限度,能提供穩定的輸出電壓。
