XC62K系列是高精度,低功耗,負電壓穩壓器,採用CMOS工藝和激光微調技術製造。該系列能在輸入-輸出低壓差的條件下輸出大電流,它由一個高精度參考電壓源,一個誤差校正電路和一個帶限流的輸出組成。
