附帶ON/OFF開關,300mA的高速LDO電壓調整器
XC6228D/H係列是實現了高精度,低噪聲,高紋波抑製,低壓差和低消耗電流的高速LDO電壓調整器。本IC由基准電壓源、誤差放大器、驅動晶體管、電流限定電路、相位補償、電路浪湧電流防止電路等構成。
從CE端子輸入低電平能使IC成待機狀態。此外,在待機狀態時,能用VOUT端子-VSS端子之間的內部開關使穩定輸出用電容(CL)的充電電荷放電。此功能可以使VOUT端子迅速地返回VSS電平。
穩定輸出用電容(CL)能與陶瓷電容等低ESR 電容相對應。
