超小型/高精度 電壓檢測器
XC6126系列產品是超小型, 高精度電壓檢測器IC。由於採用了CMOS工藝, 高精度基準電源, 激光微調技術實現了包括溫度漂移在內的高精度, 低消耗電流。
有N溝道開漏和CMOS兩種輸出。
備有USPN-4B02及SSOT-24兩種超小型封裝,適用於便攜式儀器的小型化, 高密度實裝以及取代既往產品。
