600mA 同步整流降压DC/DC转换器+500mA LDO+内置延迟电路VD
XCM524系列产品是把内装驱动晶体管的600mA同步整流降压DC/DC转换器,与由具有超高速/大电流多功能的VR和VD组合成的VDR,而形成的1PKG化多功能IC。
由于采用了超小型表面实装封装(USP-12B01)实现了节省空间的目的。此外,在PKG内部将DC/DC转换器和VDR部分完全分离,由此将DC/DC转换器产生的噪声对VDR的影响抑制在最小限度。
DC/DC转换器部分是与陶瓷电容相对应, 内装0.42ΩPchMOS驱动晶体管及0.52ΩNchMOS开关晶体管的同步整流式。作为外装零部件只使用线圈和电容即可得到输出电流高达600mA的高效率且稳定工作的电源。
VDR的VR部分是实现了高精度, 低噪声, 高纹波除去率, 低压差的CMOS工艺正电压LDO调整器IC。作为稳定输出用的电容(CL)能与陶瓷电容等低ESR的电容相对应。此外,具有良好的瞬态响应,即使在负载发生变动时也能得到稳定的输出。固定电流限定电路和反馈电路,能起到限定输出电流和保护输出端子短路的作用。
VD部分的电容延迟功能还能延迟输出。可使用电容来调整延迟时间。VD部分可用来监测VR的输入电压。
