10V输入300mA/500mA高速LDO电压稳压器 带复位端子
XC6414系列是高精度,低噪音,正电压,带电压检测器的LDO稳压器芯片。此系列芯片采用了Torex公司的CMOS生产工艺,具有很高的纹波抑制和低输入输出压差的特性。
XC6414系列的芯片内部包括一个参考电压电路,一个误差放大器,一个电流限制器,一个相位补偿器和一个驱动三极管。电压检测器的检测范围是从0.9V到6.0V,间隔为0.1V。电压稳压器的输出范围是从0.9V到5.5V,间隔为0.1V。
XC6414系列也可使用低ESR的陶瓷电容。由于具有很好的瞬态响应,即使负载变化,也能保持稳定的工作。芯片内部电流限制器的foldback电路可提供输出电流限制器和输出引脚的短路保护。
XC6414系列具有一系列的特性供客户选择,如电压监测,输出逻辑检测,内置上拉/下拉电阻等。XC6414FY系列的内部置有延迟输出电路。延迟时间可通过外部电容设置(半定制)。
