200mA低消耗电流LDO电压稳压器
XC6218系列是采用CMOS工艺,低消耗电流(1.0μA(TYP))的超小型正电压稳压器芯片。该芯片在负载100mA的情况下输入输出电压差只有200mV,实现了低导通阻抗。封装采用超小型的USP-3和SSOT-24,是需求高密度的设备如手机等最适宜的产品。
输出电压通过使用内部激光微调,可以实现0.9V~4.0V间0.1V间隔的输出。使用低ESR的陶瓷电容,便可得到稳定的输出。
电流限制采用Foldback电路,可为输出提供限流短路保护。
