XC6120系列是采用CMOS工艺和激光微调技术生产的高精度, 低功耗的电压检测器。
适用于低消耗电流和高精度的精密便携式设备。使用了超小型的封装,可用于高密度电路板的安装。
输出形式有CMOS输出和N沟道开漏输出两种。
